Clayton's Priorities
The challenges we face—whether in healthcare, housing, or affordability—require real solutions, not empty promises. As a scientist, I believe in tackling problems with facts, data, and evidence-based policy—because good decisions start with smart planning.
For too long, Ontario’s government has been reactive, focusing on getting headlines instead of what we know actually works. That’s why I’m running. I want to bring a forward-thinking, results-driven approach to Queen’s Park—one that focuses on what’s proven to work to make life better for people. That means building more housing, investing in healthcare that delivers faster care, and making sure your hard-earned money goes further.
We need leadership that looks ahead—not just to the next election, but to the next generation. With the right policies, Ontario can be a place where everyone has a fair shot at success, where people can afford to live, and where government works for you.
It’s time for a fresh approach, backed by facts, not politics. On election day, vote for smart solutions, real progress, and More For You.
Healthcare
Doug Ford has underfunded our health care system to the brink of collapse. Ontarians shouldn’t have to line up for hours in the middle of snowstorms to get a family doctor. A Liberal government would make sure every person in the province has access to a family doctor in the next four years.

Housing
The “Ontario Dream” of owning a home feels increasingly out of reach for many in the province. The system is broken and despite having the levers to fix it, Doug Ford continues to prioritize hand-outs to his developer friends so they can profit. A Liberal government would eliminate the provincial Land Transfer Tax for first-time homebuyers, seniors downsizing, saving families and seniors an average of $13,500 off the cost of a new home.
Education
One of our greatest strengths in our province and our region is our world-class Universities and Colleges. Every day from right here in Waterloo we change the world with our research breakthroughs and scientific discoveries. Doug Ford has decimated Ontario's higher education system, with the University of Waterloo recently announcing they would have to undergo massive layoffs. That's hundreds of people right here in our region who are losing their jobs because Doug Ford doesn't care about them.

Affordability
Every day, I hear about the cost-of-living struggles Waterloo families are experiencing. That’s why a Liberal government would cut income taxes for middle class families and eliminate the HST on home heating and hydro bills. This would be the largest tax relief plan for the people of Ontario in over a decade, saving a middle-class family approximately $1,150 every year.
Transportation
For too long our region has been promised two-way all day go. Doug Ford has been in power for 7 years and failed to deliver on this promise. We can't wait any longer and expect this corrupt government to deliver what our region needs. Instead of focusing on an unnecessary election Bonnie Crombie and the Ontario Liberal Party would deliver on this promise because we wouldn't be prioritizing booze and alcohol we'd prioritize getting you where you need to go as conveniently as possible.
